If users could play with the DualShock 4 for 5-6 hours, then DualSense will allow them not to break away from the gameplay for 8 to 10 hours. It is noted that the new version works in standalone mode for 3-4 hours longer than the previous generation controller.
In addition, the new DualSense controller is a more comfortable and less bulky solution compared to the original controller for PlayStation 4. Another interesting feature of the new product is the behavior of adaptive triggers, the work of which is different from each other. In addition, the Touchpad feels more responsive than its predecessor.
Also, Sony itself spoke about some of the features of the new controller. In particular, the existing PS4 DualShock 4 controller will not work with PS5 games, and new games for the upcoming console will reveal the benefits of the PS5 DualSense controller, including tactile feedback. At the same time, the DualShock 4 will work with supported PS4 games thanks to the backward compatibility feature in the PlayStation 5 console.
