Restrictions on Telegram are lifted in Russia
Two years after the beginning of the conflict, Roskomnadzor finally “positively assessed” Pavel Durov’s readiness to counter terrorism and extremism (without providing the keys to decrypt messages). The portal notes that the regulator will interact with all Internet companies operating in the country to promptly suppress illegal content.
Tele2 and the government of the Novgorod region signed an agreement
on interaction in the field of digitalization of the economy and the development of the telecom infrastructure of the region. The operator expressed its readiness to take part in projects to expand the LTE-450 network for government services, smart city technologies, as well as digital services for the needs of the agro-industrial complex.

The development will allow conducting comprehensive monitoring and analysis of information in all areas of government activity, predicting changes in the situation based on the data obtained and providing information support for management processes.
The new center will become part of the system of distributed situational centers of the country, working according to a single interaction procedure.
