MFC will resume work in St. Petersburg
from August 3 and will be able to start providing services to citizens without an appointment – says the chairman of the Committee for Informatization and Communications Stanislav Kazarin.

Citizens, as before the pandemic, will be able to come to the MFC, take an electronic queue ticket, wait for an invitation to the document acceptance window and issue a service. At the same time, security measures have been established in the premises of the MFC: maintaining a distance of at least 1.5 meters between employees and visitors, using personal respiratory protection and personal protective equipment for hands, limiting the simultaneous presence of visitors (no more than 1 person per 4 square meters). A total of 367 services will be provided.

Services will be provided using the 5G / IMT-2020 standard in the 24.25-24.65 GHz range in 83 regions of the country. The license was granted by Roskomnadzor for a period until July 16, 2025.
